Midas

I called before going and the person who answered the phone was polite and seemed genuinely interested in helping. I interacted with 3 different employees throughout the process and all 3 were equally kind and courteous. All my questions were answered with clear explanations. They also were able to accommodate my schedule.

Billy was fantastic. Very straightforward and to the point, while offering great customer service. He was able to find good deals to work within my budget, and get me what I needed to get my car back out on the road.

I came in from Chicago to South Bend for a conference and had a car emergency. Billy got us in so quickly, he was so pleasant and generous and solved the problem so quickly. I honestly feel like I might actually drive all the way from Chicago to this Midas on S. Michigan to get my car work done. The absolute best experience with car mechanic I have ever had. Such a lovely pleasant place with wonderful employees.

Great service getting a full synthetic oil change on my 2016 Dodge ram 2500. Price was great. Employees were helpful and I was in and out in less than an hour. I'll definitely be coming back.

They inspected my car before I bought it. Incredible service. They were very clear about the realistic condition of the car, how it was taken care of, and even helped me understand what the previous owner was probably thinking when they did the maintenance on it. I left with confidence in the car and a much better understanding of how it was taken care of. Michael in particular was extremely helpful and down-to-earth. He was very welcoming and clear about the facts of the car and his professional opinion on it, which was super helpful in being confident in my purchase. I would absolutely go here again.
